We at opXon share a passion for service and support in the IT sector. Each of us has between ten and twenty years of experience in change and service management in various industries, from automotive to e-commerce and pharmaceuticals.
It is not important to us whether it is about optimizing end customer support or setting up an internal help desk. We at opXon always maintain our independence from software suppliers. Therefore, we are not partners of SAP, Microsoft or others who could influence our advice.
Even though opXon is still a young company, you benefit from the experience of each individual and the entire team.

In many years of professional work, the founders of opXon have often experienced that the transition from a project to regular operations presents many companies with new challenges. The project service provider is often relieved of the workload during commissioning and may provide support for a few more weeks. And then?
The existing team is already busy with other tasks and cannot shoulder the additional burden of operating another software with high complexity.
